Power Skating Skills
Power skating is a critical component of player development. If your instruction does not incorporate puck control, the player's skill set is not being fully developed.
Hockey power skating is specialized training that improves a player's ability to move on the ice with speed, force, and agility. Encompassing fundamental techniques like deep knee bends, powerful strides, and efficient edge work for sharp turns, acceleration, and quick stops.
