Game IQ with Goalie Training

Game IQ is high energy, high intensity hockey clinic incorporating small are games to full ice games.

Goalies will be coached the entire hour.

​

Game awareness: This is the ability to track the flow of play, understand the pressure from opponents, and recognize open space. Players with strong awareness are constantly scanning the ice to gather information, not just watching the puck.

Decision-making: Under pressure and at high speed, a player's ability to make the correct choice—whether to pass, shoot, or hold onto the puck—is paramount. Better decisions lead to more effective plays that benefit the team.​

Minimum 1 year of competitive hockey required.

• Schedule: Wednesdays: 5:15 - 6:15pm

• Location: Wilson Ice Arena

• Cost: $400 for skaters, $100 for goalies

• Dates: June 17, 24, July 8, 15, 22, 29 August 12

• Location: Wilson Ice Arena

• Cost: $400 for skaters, $100 for goalies
