Why Summer Skills? Participating in summer hockey skills sessions offers a mix of training, fun and the opportunity to meet other players and learn from different coaches. It’s a chance to improve skills, learn new skills and have some fun during the games (without the pressure of a game!) What Skills Are Learned? Our summer skill sessions focus on honing hockey skills. The skills will vary by session, and may include edge work, cross overs, skating mechanics, transitional skating, skating backwards, hockey speed, puck skills, passing or game play. When Do Sessions Take Place? Mondays and Fridays from 8:00 - 9:00am, June, July & August
